“I have been attending classes with Jenna for the last 7 years or so, firstly group mat classes then reformer 1to1 sessions, and now group sessions for both in the recently opened studio space. I find the classes helpful both physically and mentally - I continue to see improvements in my own performance and really notice the difference of having that class time ring-fenced from the noise of daily life. I always feel better after a class, and always notice the difference when I haven’t been able to attend. Jenna is a great teacher, and during her classes you never feel left out or unsure – she manages to equally support all of us during class regardless of ability or level. Late last year I experienced a challenge with an excessively tight hamstring in one leg, and whilst I had some physio sessions, Pilates classes I attended were a great support to the exercise plan I had and decreased the time it took to get back to full mobility. Jenna, her teachers, studio and students are lovely & welcoming, I cannot recommend Jenna highly enough. I would come to more classes if I were able.

“I’ve been having 1:1 mat & reformer sessions with Jenna for about 3 years & am so happy with the difference it has made to my mobility. I had never done Pilates before & was slightly nervous at first, but she put me completely at my ease and from my first lesson I knew I was going to enjoy exercise for the the first time in my life! My knee & hip joints were very solid & I was finding it difficult kneeling down & even getting up off the sofa. Jenna is great at tailoring the movements to my needs & ability for each session. It really does make me feel ‘light’ and energised after each session. My joints are now so much more flexible and I can actually bend down & no longer have to try and lasso my pants onto my foot in the morning! Big improvements to my core strength along with my balance & posture. My weekly 1:1’s with Jenna are hugely beneficial and I always feel so much better after a session

“I have been taking Pilates classes for many years and found it very beneficial in every day life and especially so last year when I had to have a hip replacement. Pilates aided my recovery. After the operation I found the recovery a little easier as I was stronger from Pilates. I had 1-1 sessions with Jenna where she took me through the exercises and routines, advising me on how to reintroduce them safely to my new hip! Once I was able to rejoin the classes, Jenna kept a careful watch over me to ensure I did not over work the hip. Thanks to her instruction & knowledge, my hip is now fully functional again!
