Hi, I’m Jenna and I’m so excited to welcome you here today. I’m a Pilates Mat and Reformer teacher with a deep passion for what Joseph Pilates first envisioned: helping people connect with their bodies and find strength, stability, and mobility through mindful movement.

I’ve been teaching since 2016, and my journey into Pilates is both personal and professional. I’ve faced my own challenges with back pain, and after undergoing surgery, I became even more passionate about the power of Pilates to not only rehabilitate but also prevent injury.

Through my own recovery, I found that Pilates offered a unique combination of strengthening and stretching that truly transformed how I move—and I want to share that with you.

Specialise in Helping People

I specialise in helping people who experience back pain, because I understand firsthand how debilitating it can be. Pilates has a special way of targeting those deep stabilizing muscles, bringing balance to the body and easing tension where it’s needed most. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or simply want to prevent future issues, Pilates can be a powerful tool for building long-lasting strength and improving overall mobility.

When I opened this studio, my mission was clear: to make Pilates accessible to everyone. It’s not about fancy Instagram photos or complicated moves. It’s about real, functional movement that works with the bodies we have today and supports the lifestyles we lead now. No matter your age, fitness level, or background, there’s a place for you here. Pilates is for every body—because every body deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident.

So, whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner, we’ll meet you where you are and help you move with intention and awareness. I can’t wait to help you discover the benefits of Pilates, and together, we’ll create a movement practice that works for you, not against you.

At Pilates with Jenna, we believe Pilates is so much more than just a workout.

It is movement for life.

Our mission is to help people move better, feel stronger, understand their bodies, and build confidence in movement that carries into everyday life — whether that means getting out of pain, improving mobility and independence, enhancing sporting performance, supporting midlife wellbeing, improving a golf swing, achieving a personal best run, or simply being able to put your socks on! Helping you feel stronger and more capable day to day.

We teach Pilates as a method, not just an exercise class.

We are rooted in the principles of Classical Pilates while working with the real bodies in front of us. Every client is different, and we believe movement should be intelligent, adaptable, safe and purposeful — not one-size-fits-all or purely performative.

We want every client who walks into the studio to feel:
