The class begins with grounding breathwork to help release any stress and anxiety you may be holding onto.

From there, you’ll move through a gentle flow, connecting movement to breath. Before winding down with a relaxing Savasana.

This session is designed to leave you feeling calm, refreshed, and ready to embrace the week ahead.
