What to Wear: Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement. Grip socks are recommended for better traction on the Reformer. This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their fitness, regardless of experience level, in a supportive and motivating group environment. If you are completely new to Reformer Pilates we do recommend starting with one of our beginners classes.
