Intermediate Reformer Pilates

Our Intermediate Reformer Pilates class is perfect for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their practice to the next level. This class will challenge you with more dynamic movements and advanced variations of traditional Pilates exercises.

Using the Reformer machine, you’ll focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing coordination while refining your technique. Expect to work deeper into your core muscles, engage in more complex sequences, and explore exercises that increase endurance and stability.

Modifications will be offered, but this class is designed for those who are already familiar with the foundational movements and are looking for a more challenging workout.

What to Wear: Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for free movement. Grip socks are recommended for added traction on the Reformer.
