The Pilates & Reiki Retreat is an experience of a lifetime, designed to develop your Pilates & Reiki practice with classes, workshops, and discussion.
The Retreat will be the perfect balance of Pilates inspiration and brilliance, fun and relaxation, Reiki, nature walks, nourishing food and beautiful movement.
All sessions are designed for different abilities and levels, open to anyone who already loves or who wants to discover Pilates & Reiki

What the day will include:
Tea/coffee/snacks throughout the day
Mat Pilates & Meditation with Jenna

Reformer Pilates sessions with Jenna
Breathwork workshop
Deep Dive into the 34 Mat Pilates exercises
Cost: £160 per person
A 20% deposit will secure your place. Full payment must be made by 2 months prior to the Retreat.
TRAVEL & TRANSFERS:
Cucumber Fields is located in Essendon amongst the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. We are a short distance from the neighbouring towns of Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, Potters Bar, St Albans, Hatfield, and Hitchin.
Complimentary parking is available onsite.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation up to 90 days before retreat start: If we are able to fill your cancelled spot in the three months before the retreat start, we will return all money paid to us, except your deposit.
Cancellation after three months before retreat start: Sorry, but no refund possible after this date. If you are not able to attend the retreat but have a friend or family member that would like to attend, we are happy to transfer 100% of the money that you have paid toward your friend or family member. Both parties must notify us in writing in order to transfer names.
If the retreat is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control such as COVID: We will offer to transfer to the another dateor offer you a full refund, minus the deposit, once we have been able to resell your place on the next retreat.
If we cancel the retreat: All money paid to us by you will be returned.
The Pilates Retreat will be the Pilates experience of a lifetime and we would love you to join us!
