Hi, I’m Jenna 

I am a mum of 2, passionate about Pilates, its health benefits, the way it can make us feel & the positive body results it can bring. I also have an interest in Mental Health & Women’s Wellness & the benefits of exercise for this. 
 
I have been practising Pilates for over 20 years, after having an injury myself and enjoyed it so much, saw & understood the health benefits of regular Pilates practise, so I decided to train to teach it myself.

Classically Trained 

I am Classically Pilates trained & qualified in pre and postnatal, orthopaedic conditions & the use of Small equipment. I am always attending training courses to continue my learning & development & to see what is new, to therefore keep helping my clients. 
 
I love listening to what my clients would like to see or do & getting it into classes for them. I practise Pilates and attend classes whenever I can. This all allows me to offer different classes, and tailor classes and 1-1's to individual client needs. 
I am friendly & fun & and so are my classes. I love being able to help every individual body become the best Pilates body that it can be! 
 
I enjoy the challenge of helping people with individual needs, whether that be rehabilitation after injury, postnatally, coming back to exercise after a break or elite athletes & dancers. 
 
There are no limits when it comes to Pilates! I am happy to have a chat with you and discuss any specific needs you may have to see how I can help.

The FB live classes are a great way to keep in during this time, check out the taster classes 😊. The online access has been a great way to continue during the lockdown, love the variety and the access to all of the previous live classes allowing you to dip in and out whenever it suits you.

The only thing is I now hear Jenna’s voice when going up the several flights of stairs at work saying- “pull in that transverse abdominal muscle”

The Pilates group classes are enormously welcoming, enjoyable and always different. Jenna does an incredible job of remembering everyone’s abilities and injuries to ensure each session is challenging but safe for all. The classes have improved my strength and flexibility and are the perfect antidote to a desk job. 
 
I have a love/hate relationship with exercise classes and have stopped and started these classes as my mental health and work commitments have changed over the last few years. Every time I’ve rejoined, Jenna has welcomed me back with open arms and a smile, free from judgement making it really, really easy to start again each time at whatever level of fitness I am at and whatever state of mind I am in.
